Points of Interest :: Bath House

The Bath House was reconstructed over the original concrete shower room.  The photograph shows the dressing area where the miners changed their clothes before and after their shifts.  The wire baskets were assigned to each miner for their personal belongings and were hoisted with chains and pulleys to the ceiling of the Bath House and locked to the benches.  Miner's personal equipment included caps, lamps, safety lanterns and other equipment is on display in the Bath House.
